Mustafa Hakan Dursun, known professionally as Defkhan, was born on 24 September 1982 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, and later relocated to Turkey and Germany, where he developed a passion for rap and breakdance. His debut album All Elementz appeared in 2007, followed by Hayatim bir Battle in 2011, which marked his breakthrough into the Turkish‑German rap scene. In 2019 he released Beskdokuz and subsequently Uppercut in 2020, expanding his discography with collaborations featuring Sagopa Kajmer, Eko Fresh, and Mustafa Sandal. Singles such as "Onlarla konusuyorum" (2022) and "Kapak Olsun" (2023) showcased his continued relevance, while appearances at events like the 2023 Volkswagen Arena show and the 2024 Red Bull 64 Bars have underscored his sustained industry presence.
