Wizu (born March 3, 2004) is a South Korean singer-songwriter and producer known for his emotionally driven lyrics and experimental sound. He began making music around 2020 and officially adopted the stage name “Wizu” in the summer of 2023, having previously released future bass tracks under a different alias on SoundCloud. After spending many of his formative years studying in the United States, Wizu graduated from high school and entered the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) before returning to Korea to prepare for admission to Berklee College of Music. His discography includes regular albums Nightingale (2023) and The Prince (2024), as well as a growing list of digital singles such as "Hikikomori" (2023), "Stay the Night" (2023), "Adolescent" (2023), "Sub Character" (2023), "Moonwalkers" (2023), "Hidden Love Story" (2023), "Ghost" (2023), "Psychopath" (2024), "SENT." (2024), and "3:05" (2024). He has also released two EPs: Needy Boy (2023) and Artist (2024). Known for his frequent interaction with fans, Wizu is active on his Discord server, where he shares previews of new music, chats, and plays games with his listeners.
