The Scaramanga Six, a UK rock band from Huddersfield, was formed in 1995 by multi-instrumentalists Paul Morricone and Steven Morricone, who had previously been involved in various bands since the late 1980s. Their music has been characterized by a blend of heavy rock, vocal pop, rockabilly, and garage, often described as intense-yet-aloof rock operas. The band's visual identity, created in-house by Paul Morricone, featured self-directed promotional films and distinctive album artwork. Their early work included The Liar The Bitch and Her Wardrobe (1999) and Strike! Up The Band (2002). Over the years, their lineup fluctuated between four and six members, with notable contributions from Julia Arnez, Gareth Champion, and others. They released several albums including Cabin Fever (2004) and The Dance of Death (2007).
