Rylis is a pop artist emerging from Duncan, British Columbia, Canada. Born Riley Ingham, at 4:44pm August 3rd 1997.
In his early years, Rylis would watch hours of youtube covers of young aspiring artists such as himself, this is where he found his passion and love for music creation. Pulling inspiration from other Canadian artists such as Justin Bieber and The Weeknd; Rylis’ music reflects this with his catchy melodies, expressive writing and unique instrumentals.
In his most recent work, Rylis collaborated with Crisis Centre BC, a local mental health organization, for the release of his song ‘In My Head’ raising money and awareness in honor of his bestfriend who passed away from suicide. The project garnered the attention of the local newspaper which led to a Televised News segment of the ‘Sawatsky Sign Off’ by CTV’s Adam Sawatsky.
Rylis hopes to continue using his passion for music and his love for community to help bring awareness to the ongoing mental health crisis.
