Nexus is a Mexican Progressive-Alternative Metal band born in 2004, with 2 studio albums, 4 singles and 3 national tours, they have positioned themselves as one of the most representative rock bands in Mexico, thus managing to play in the most important places. from their country of origin as the lunario of the National Auditorium and the Hermanos Rodríguez Autodrome, participating in many fairs and festivals where they shared the line up with bands such as Judas Priest, Carcass, Overkill, Sistem of a Down, Alice in Chains, Bush, Rob Zombie, Godsmack, In Flames among others, at Force Fest (2 times), Knot Fest México and Cervantino Internacional.
Their particular progressive style full of powerful chords and dedication has led them to open the concerts of Alcest in 2018 (Gdl), Leprous in 2019 (Gdl) and Soen in 2020 (Mty), thus adding to the new wave of world progressive thanks to their last creations and succeeding on a 14-date European tour in France, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Hungary and Germany, they played for first time in an European festival, Stadjfest in Oldemburg.
Nexus is currently planning their next international tour for 2022 and is about to release their new single with video included that collaborates with national talent such as Pavel Vanegas from Anima Tempo and with the great fortune of having Acle Kahney from Tesseract as Mastering engineer.
