Coparck, a Dutch melodic pop band from Amsterdam, was formed in 1999 by Odilo Girod (vocals and guitar), Maurits de Lange (piano), Rik Hansen (bass), and Mark van der Driest (drums). Their debut album Birds, Happiness & Still Not Worried was released in 2001, featuring the successful single "Into Routine" which gained traction partly due to its music video. The band's second album, Few Chances Come Once In A Lifetime, was released in 2005 with new drummer Marcel van As and included the notable song "The World of Tomorrow", which was used in a cheese commercial. Their third album, The 3rd Album (2007), marked their first collaboration with producer Reyn Ouwehand. The band also ventured into musical scores for films and documentaries and toured with theatre projects. Coparck disbanded in 2010.
