Marikena Monti, born on May 22, 1943, in Casilda, Argentina, is a singer and actress. She began her artistic career in 1965 as part of the Teatro Universitario Franco-Argentino (TUFA). In the late 1960s, she performed recitals in French at the Alliance Française Theatre in Buenos Aires. Monti's notable collaborations include performing with Joséphine Baker’s group in 1971 and participating in the show Tres mujeres para el show alongside Susana Rinaldi and Amelita Baltar in 1972, which they reunited for in 2010. She contributed to various theatrical works, such as El gran deschave (1973) and films like La Mary (1974), where she sang the theme song. Monti's discography includes albums like Libertad mi amor (1970) and Por amor (1997).
