Bere Gratis, a Romanian pop-rock band from Bucharest, was formed in 1998 by Mihai "Miţă" Georgescu (vocals), Robert Anghelescu (keyboards), and Marius Dobre (guitar), who was eventually replaced. Its other members are Vlad Vedes (guitar), Nicu Avram (bass), and Marian Saracu (drums). Their first single, "Ce mișto", was released in 1999. In spring 2000, Bere Gratis signed with Nova Music Entertainment and released their debut album De vânzare. The band's second album, Vino mai aproape, followed on November 28, 2001, featuring the singles "Señor, señor", "Vino mai aproape" and "Nebun". Notable songs include "Străzi albastre" and "La tine aș vrea să vin". Bere Gratis performed at various venues, including a 2018 concert at Dragă Bistrița.
