IMPLODE - was formed back in 2006 in a small town of Sweden called Mariestad. With the release of their second demo “Memento Mori”, Implode received the title “Best unsigned act in Sweden” by Close Up Magazine and the demo itself collected tons of good reviews. And a record deal with Supernova / Cosmos Music was signed for the release of the debut album “The Hour Has Come” which was released in 2011. 2013 the band released a concept EP “Under a New Sun” which get well received and the band toured Europe together with Rotting Christ, Negura Bunget and Twilight of the Gods. In Sweden Implode shared stage during that year with Amaranthe, Raubtier and others. 2015 Implode released their second album "I of Everything". It also get well received and they toured all over EU with Swedish metal pioneers Entombed AD and Grave. The album also get in on the 2nd place on the Swedish Official Chart of CD sales for Hardrock, and #22 on the Hitlistan... In 2016 Implode released a cover-EP of Anti Cimex, which also get tons of good reveiews and chart position all over the world.
