Torsten Alborat, who was born in Eutin, initially worked as a music producer before becoming interested in spiritual topics in 2008. In the field of tension between autogenic training, yoga and various meditation offers, the now Hamburg resident by choice produces and releases relaxing sounds via his own label SyncSoul. Alborat, whose audio books are even used by Lufthansa for its long-haul flights, released Fernoestliche Klänge, Von Om Bis Zen in 2011. in 2012, the artist, who incidentally also sees himself as a life coach, presents Entspannung meer, in which he offers fantasy journeys, among other things. music for healthy sleep followed in 2013, designed to help people wake up feeling more rested. Over the years, he has added a number of other audio books for a peaceful night's sleep. Alborat's repertoire also includes meditations with the sound of rain and sleep aids for young children. in 2018, he published Fresh Air Sounds together with Max Relax, in which wind and water can be heard alongside birdsong. With Thunderstorm Sounds 3D , the 2020 tranquillity expert takes on thunderstorms, lightning and heavy rainfall and arranges them into a homogeneous relaxation sound.
