Born on May 12, 1958 in Grands Bois les Hauts, Reunion Island, Max Lauret is also the brother of Jo Lauret, famous for songs such as "Demain je pars déjà" and "Après tant d'années". Max Lauret began his career in 1978 with the single "Quoçaq' Toué La Fé / Dans Les Hauts".
