Comic Boyz, a Taiwanese boy band formed in 2001, was composed of Kingone Wang, Figaro Tseng, Peter Chang, Shone An, Arroy Shen, and Eddie Hsu. Following the success of F4, Comic Ritz Production formed this new group through a rigorous selection process that included hosting TV shows as part of their training. Their debut album, Hey Hah!! Comic Boyz, was released in November 2002, but Hsu left the group shortly after due to injuries sustained during rehearsals. The remaining five members continued under Wang's leadership and released their second album, Youth Souvenir Book, in 2003, featuring the notable song "Youth Souvenir Book". Despite appearances in Taiwanese dramas, Comic Boyz struggled to achieve significant success and disbanded in 2005 following the release of their farewell album Goodbye Comic Boyz.
