Jašar Ahmedovski, born on December 22, 1964, in Prilep, Yugoslavia, is a Serbian folk singer, songwriter, and composer. He began his career with the release of his debut album Za Srca Zaljubljena in 1982. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, he released albums and singles, including Jednoj ženi za sećanje (1983), "Isplači Se, Biće Ti Lakše" (1996), and "Venčajte Me Sa Njenom Lepotom" (1997). His music is associated with folk styles including narodna muzika and turbofolk. His younger brother, Ipče Ahmedovski, was also a successful singer but passed away in 1994. He released albums and singles in the 2000s, including "Koja žena prokle mene" (2002) and "Idi sve je gotovo" (2007).
