Nekropsi, a Turkish rock band formed in 1989 in Istanbul, is known for their fusion of progressive rock, thrash metal, experimental, and psychedelic elements. Their initial breakthrough came with the EP Speed Lessons Part 1 in 1992. The group released their debut album Mi Kubbesi in 1996 and notably became the guest band at the concert of Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Page and Robert Plant in 1998. Subsequent albums included 2 (2007), 1998 (2010) and Aylık Monthly (2014). Notable singles include "Daphnis" released in February 2013. In 2018, the singles "Sekizler" and "Ta Ta Du" were released, followed by "Dedikodu" in 2019.
