秋本奈緒美 (Yumi Hirasawa), born on January 13, 1963, in Matsumoto, Nagano, Japan, is a Japanese actress and singer known by her stage name Naomi Akimoto. She attended Matsusho Gakuen High School and graduated from Matsusho Gakuen Junior College. In 1982, Hirasawa debuted as a Smooth Jazz singer under the auspices of Being, Inc., adopting the name Naomi Akimoto. Her debut album, Rolling 80's, was released in 982, marking her entry into the music industry. Throughout the 1980s, she released several albums, including One Night Stand, Poison 21, and 水彩画. In 1983, Akimoto gained popularity as one of the first hosts of the television program All Night Fuji on Fuji TV. She married producer Daisuke Hinata in 1986 but divorced four years later. Her acting career includes roles in various films and television series, such as Sudden Shock! Monster Bus, Konoyo no Hate, and Furuhata Ninzaburô.
