Erik Sundborg, known professionally as Eric Amarillo, was born on June 27, 1971, in Halland County, Sweden. He is a musician, songwriter, music producer, and DJ. In spring 2011, Amarillo released his debut solo single "One In A Million". He released "Om Sanningen Ska Fram" (2011) on the EMI label, which topped the Swedish Singles Chart at Number 1. The song also charted in Norway and Denmark, reaching number 3 and 7 respectively. Following this success, Amarillo released his debut album Eric Amarillo in 2011 under EMI. Notable singles from the album include "50 KVM" and "Fy Fan". In addition to his solo work, Amarillo is a member of The Attic, a Swedish house duo formed in 2003 with Michael Feiner.
