Harry Crews was an American no wave-influenced hardcore punk and crossover thrash supergroup formed in the United States in 1987. The band consisted of Lydia Lunch, Kim Gordon, and Sadie Mae. Their recordings include the live compilation album Naked in Garden Hills (1989), which features recordings from club performances in London and Austria. The album consists of tracks named after novels by the author Harry Crews and covers of the songs “(She's in a) Bad Mood” (1989) and “Orphans” (1989). The group became inactive in 1988 shortly after the release of the album.
