Bahar Gholamhosseini, known professionally as Elaheh, was born on April 22, 1934, in Tehran, Iran. She was a singer of Persian classical, traditional, and pop music. Elaleh began her musical journey by studying singing with Abdollah Davami, an Iranian Radif maestro, and Gholam-Hosein Banan, an Iranian classical singer. At the age of 27, Elaheh was recognized by Davoud Pirnia, the founder of the Golha radio program. Elaheh's contributions to Golha included over 100 recordings, featuring notable performances such as "Rosvaa-ye Zamaaneh" and "Az Khoon-e Javavane Vatan". She collaborated with prominent figures, including Parviz Yahaghi, Viguen, and Homayun Khorram. She passed away on August 15, 2007.
