Tiombe Lockhart, born in Atlanta, Georgia, is an American singer-songwriter. At age 12, she moved to Los Angeles and later graduated from the New School University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Vocal Jazz Performance. In the early 2000s, Lockhart performed at various East Coast venues, often supporting Bilal. She collaborated with MCs from the Living Legends group and the Platinum Pied Pipers, featuring on three songs from their Triple P album. This collaboration led to her debut album offer on the Bling 47 label. In 2008, Lockhart formed the avant-garde electro-funk group Cubic Zirconia with Nick Hook and Daud Sturdivant, releasing their debut album Follow Your Heart (2011). Notable releases include "Mr. Johnnie Walker" (2005), The Tiombe Lockhart Bootleg #1 (2005), and She has Risen (2018).
