The Kölner Jugendchor St. Stephan, a youth choir from the Catholic parish of St. Stephan in Köln-Lindenthal, Germany, was founded in 1984. Under the direction of Michael Kokott in 1985, the choir has performed a diverse repertoire ranging from pop to classical music. Notable albums include Weihnacht (1999) and Weihnachten in der Kölnarena (2004), while significant collaborations include performances with Unheilig, Lalo Schifrin, Anke Engelke, Manowar, P.O.D., Bläck Fööss, and Höhner. The choir has also performed at major venues such as the Kölner Philharmonie, Lanxess Arena, and Oper Köln, as well as the event World Youth Day 2005 in Cologne's Rheinenergiestadion. Notable achievements include a triple gold record for their contribution to Unheilig's "Geboren um zu leben" in 2011, and a quadruple platinum record for the album Lichter der Stadt in 2013.
