Martina Eisenreich, born on March 14, 1981, in Erding, Germany, is a violinist and composer known for her work in classical music and film scoring. At age 15, she was accepted as a junior student of classical composition at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater München under Dieter Acker. Eisenreich completed her studies in film and television composition with Enjott Schneider and later pursued film music and sound design at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Her first feature film score was for Reine Geschmacksache (2007). In 2018, she received the Deutscher Filmmusikpreis – Beste Musik im Film for her work on Tatort: Waldlust. Eisenreich has collaborated with numerous orchestras and ensembles, including the Deutsche Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland-Pfalz and the Hollywood Film Orchestras. She has also composed music for various theater productions and radio plays, notably winning awards such as the Rolf-Hans Müller Preis für Filmmusik in 2014 and the Oberbayerischer Kulturpreis in 2022.
