Agoney Hernández Morales, known professionally as Agoney, and born on October 18, 1995, in Adeje, Tenerife, Spain, is a singer, composer, and performer. He began his musical journey at age six playing the trumpet and gained prominence through Operación Triunfo 2017. His breakthrough came with the release of his debut single "Quizás" on August 31, 2018, which topped the Spanish iTunes singles chart. Following Operación Triunfo, Agoney released notable songs like "Black" in August 2019. He participated in various television shows and won the 2010s episode of La mejor canción jamás cantada with his performance of Pastora Soler's Eurovision entry "Quédate conmigo". In 2020, Agoney released his debut album Libertad, which topped the Spanish albums chart. He competed in the Benidorm Fest 2023, placing second overall with his entry "Quiero arder" and released singles like "Intacto" and "Redención", the former reaching Number 1 on iTunes in Spain.
