Erick Eerdhuijzen, born 20 September 1962 in Amsterdam, Netherlands, is a Dutch DJ who began his career as a hip‑hop DJ at the Prinsenhof club in Zaandam before winning the Dutch mix‑scratch championship in 1989. He transitioned to house music and secured a residency at RoXY in Amsterdam in 1995, where he formed a duo with Olav Basoski that produced the club hit "Don't Turn Your Back" in the mid‑1990s. In 1997 they launched the Work label, and Erick Eerdhuijzen gained further prominence with productions such as "Housequake" with Roog and the Sneakerz project alongside Fedde le Grand. His early releases include the singles "Ya Don't Stop" (2004) and "Make You Smile!" (2004), followed by the album The Beat Is Rockin (2006) and its 2007 re‑issue. In 2008 he released the single "Go Again". Erick Eerdhuijzen’s work has been featured on Dutch television, notably a cameo in the 2001 series Westenwind. In 2023, he returned to the Beachclub FUEL with Roog, continuing to perform and produce within the electronic and house music scenes.
