Bluvertigo was an Italian alternative rock band from Monza, formed in 1992 by Morgan (Marco Castoldi), Andy (Andrea Fumagalli), and Marco Pancaldi. The group changed their name to Bluvertigo before recording their debut album, Acids and Bases (1995). The band’s first three albums, including Metal Non-Metal (1997) and Zero - Or the Famous Snowfall of '85 (1999), formed the "chemical trilogy". In 2001, Bluvertigo participated in the Sanremo Music Festival with the song “L'assenzio (The Power of Nothing)” (2001) and released the album Pop Tools (2001). After a hiatus, the band reunited for an MTV live performance in 2008 documented on the album MTV Storytellers - Bluvertigo (2008). In 2015, the group performed at the Concerto del Primo Maggio with the single “Andiamo a Londra” (2015) and participated in the Sanremo Music Festival in 2016 with the song “Semplicemente” (2016). Despite Morgan announcing a disbandment in 2017, the group resumed activity in 2021 and announced a reunion in 2026.
