Mac Zimms is a Dutch DJ and electronic music producer who was born as Willem Jelle Faber in Hoogezand, Netherlands, in 1970. He achieved early professional recognition as a finalist in the Dutch DJ-Mix Championships in 1987 and 1991 and is famous for the hit single “Horny Horns” (1999), which reached number 21 on the UK Singles Chart. Faber performed as part of the duo Perfect Phase alongside Freek Fontein and has released music under numerous pseudonyms including Da Mindcrusher, Fellow Man, and Free Fall. His discography includes the studio recording Butterfly (2009), released under the moniker Wishbone, and the recordings “L'Annonce des couleurs” (1997), “Get Away (You and Me)” (2001), and the Guzzi EP (2001). He has also produced remixes for artists including 2 Unlimited and Blank & Jones.
