Roberto Pregadio, born on December 6, 1928, in Catania, Italy, was a pianist and composer. He studied piano at the Conservatory of Naples and became a regular pianist with the Orchestra di Musica Leggera della Rai from 1960 to 1963. During this period, he also taught piano at the Conservatory of Frosinone. Pregadio's career took off when he began composing for radio, television, and films, notably contributing to numerous Italian films, including several spaghetti westerns in the 1960s. Pregadio composed music for over 50 films, including La Sfinge d'Oro, Satanik, and Eva la Venere Selvaggia. He continued his prolific career until his death on November 15, 2010.
