When Elandré exploded onto the music scene one couldn't help but lean forward, take notice and fall in love with his unique voice, musical style and look. It was no surprise that his debut album Kleindorp-Dromer achieved platinum status. His second studio album Boomhuis took the young singer- songwriter to even bigger heights and also achieved gold status. The first single Vuur Op Die Water from his second album hit Double Platinum in late 2020.
Now, Elandré is back to create even bigger waves in the Afrikaans music industry with his 3rd Studio album and it aims to be his best work to date. In his own words – “I have been taught that every person has a proverbial backpack in which they carry the stones they have accumulated on the road of life. In the silences of the last year I took the opportunity to turn out mine, and assess my own collection. Some stones were shiny, others were dull, but all together they have contributed to a weight that has ultimately strengthened me”. This album promises to even grow bigger than before and have a few surprises in store for his fans.
