TA-copy is a Korean punk rock band formed in 1997, known as one of the first-generation bands from Hongdae. The current lineup includes Kim Jae-gook (vocals and guitar), Jang Young-hoon (drums), Shin Ga-ram (bass), and Jeon Tae-byeong (guitar). The band debuted in 1999 with their first full album UNDER GROUND, featuring socially critical themes. During members' military service, the band changed its name to Chicken Head and continued activities, but later reunited as TA-copy once all the members completed their military service. They have a strong passion for baseball and have released several singles supporting the sport. Over their career, they have issued nine full albums, three EPs, and 31 singles, and participated in 11 OSTs. Their single "Cheers," released on June 17, 2025, charted at number 320 on Melon’s Top 500 chart twelve days after its release.
