De Benedictis established Fateless Records in 2001, the same year he released the critically acclaimed tribal-electronic album A Lone Reply. His solo discography included experimental works such as Salvaging the Past (2005) and A Cambient Variations (2008). Beyond his solo career, he performed with the group Brand X and founded The Strato Ensemble. He also created the Fateless Flows Collective in Los Angeles to support electronic composers, releasing three albums under that name. His work is noted for merging genres including electronica, ambient, and techno tribal music.
