Anna Myrra Malmberg is a Swedish singer and photographer born on December 20, 1966, in Farsta. She attended the Stockholm High School of Music and began a theatrical career in 1987 with the role of Grizabella in the musical Cats. Malmberg performed as Christine in The Phantom of the Opera and played roles in Great Expectations, Les Misérables, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. She participated in Melodifestivalen in 1998 with the song “Julia”. Her discography included the studio recordings What Can You Lose (1995), Serendipity (2004), and Another World (2011). She provided the Swedish voices for characters such as Princess Jasmine in Aladdin and Ariel in The Little Mermaid. Malmberg also worked as a photographer for artists including Benny Andersson.
