London Gay Men’s Chorus, a British gay choir, was founded in 1991 by nine gay men. The group began performing at Angel Underground station and has grown to include around 200 singing members. Their repertoire spanned classical music to jazz, pop, R&B, and show tunes, often incorporating choreography. The Chorus’s vision was "Everyone Brought Together Through Song," and their mission was to "Create, Enable and Connect Confident Voices across Communities." They have performed extensively in the United Kingdom and internationally, including tours in the United States, France, Italy, Canada, Spain, Poland, Ireland, the Czech Republic, and Australia. Notable performances include appearances at the Royal Albert Hall, Sydney Opera House, and Millennium Dome. Notable albums include Hear the Difference (1998) and Showtime (2003). They have also collaborated with prominent figures such as Sir Elton John and Heather Small.
