Ana Zamora Martín, known professionally as Ana Reverte, was born on May 26, 1951, in Los Corrales, Sevilla, Spain. She is a Spanish singer specializing in flamenco and romantic songs, particularly known for her expertise in the "cantes de ida y vuelta." Reverte began her career singing in flamenco clubs in Sabadell and Barcelona before moving to Sevilla. Her early performances included a variety of flamenco styles, notably the colombiana. In 1980, she released her debut album El cante de Ana Reverte. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, Reverte released numerous albums such as Caballo blanco (1985) and Locura de amor (1986). In 1993, she won the first prize at the Festival de la OTI representing Spain with the song "Enamorarse", composed by Alejandro Abad. After a hiatus due to health issues, she returned in 2016 with the album A solas contigo.
