Killing Miranda, a British rock group formed in London in 1998, initially consisted of Richard Pyne on vocals, Dave Irvine and Dave Turner on guitars, Chris Wareham on bass, and Belle on drums and production. The band's debut album, Blessed Deviant, was released under Nightbreed Records in 1999. After Wareham left the group in 2000, Irvine took over as bassist. Their second album, Transgression by Numbers, followed in 2001. Killing Miranda then signed with Diesel Motor Records, which released their third album, Consummate, in October 2004. The band toured extensively across Europe and Mexico, performing at notable festivals such as Eurorock and Wave-Gotik-Treffen, and sharing the stage with acts like Mortiis, The Damned, and Paradise Lost. Killing Miranda announced a "permanent hiatus" on July 27, 2007.
