Carmy Love is a soul singer from north-west London. She got her start in gospel and as a backing vocalist with groups including New Street Adventure (2011-2014) and House Gospel Choir, before launching her solo career in 2021. Signed to Big AC Records, she released a series of critically acclaimed retro-tinged neo-soul singles. These included "Thinkin' About You" (2021), "Rebel" (2021), "In the Morning" (2022) and "I Just Came to Dance" (2023). In 2025, she collaborated with Dan "The Drum" Stuart Patterson, then with guitarist PM Warson on the hit "You Gotta Understand", which reached No. 3 in the UK physical singles chart.
