Hamid Ali Khan, born in 1953 in Pakistan, is a Pakistani classical singer known for his contributions to ghazal music. The son of Ustad Akhtar Hussein Khan and youngest brother of Bade Fateh Ali Khan and Amanat Ali Khan, Hamid Ali Khan belongs to the Patiala gharana. His career began under the influence of his father and brothers, leading him to become a prominent exponent of classical singing. He has collaborated with notable artists such as Partha Sarathi Mukherjee (tabla) and Fida Hussain (harmonium). In 2007, he received the Pride of Performance Award from the Government of Pakistan, followed by the Sitara-i-Imtiaz Award in 2010. His sons Nayab Ali Khan, Wali Hamid Ali Khan, and Inam Ali Khan have also pursued musical careers under the band name RagaBoyz.
