Harry Perry, born Harold Arthur Perry on May 19, in Detroit, Michigan, was an American musician known for his distinctive performances. He began his musical journey by recording with his first band in Michigan before moving to California in the early 1970s. In 1973, Perry started performing original songs and guitar compositions on the Venice Beach Boardwalk, often using distortion effects reminiscent of Jimi Hendrix or Eddie Van Halen. His unique performances, which included playing an electric guitar with a target design while roller skating, made him a notable figure at the boardwalk. He also gained attention for his legal battles against ordinances that restricted public performances on the Venice Beach Boardwalk. In 2006 he released the album Video Commander followed by Greatest Hits of The Millennium in 2007.
