Maximilian "Maxi" Arland, born Maximilian Mühlbauer in 1981 in Neuenbürg, West Germany, is a singer and television presenter. At age twelve, he appeared with his brother Hansi and father Henry Arland as an instrumental trio on the Volkstümliche Hitparade, winning first place. In 1994, they won the international Grand Prix of Folk Music with "Echo der Berge". As a soloist, Maximilian Arland took first place in the German preliminary decision in 2002 with "Ich hör Chopin", qualifying for the international final five times. His debut album Je t’aime – I love you – Ich liebe Dich was released in 2002. Notable albums include Zwischen Himmel und Liebe released in 2006, Danke Roy in 2007, and Aus Liebe in 2010.
