Marina Sergeyevna Abrosimova (born June 10, 1983) was a Russian pop singer and producer from Kazan, known professionally as MakSim. Abrosimova began her career at age 15 with the group Pro-Z before recording the independent recording “Trudnyi vozrast” in 2003. After signing with Gala Records in 2005, she released the debut album Trudnyi vozrast in 2006. The album featured the number-one recordings “Otpuskayu” and “Znayesh' li ty”. Abrosimova released the album Moy ray in 2007 and won Best Female Russian Singer at the MTV Russia Music Awards in 2007 and 2008. Her discography included the albums Odinochka (2009), Drugaya real'nost' (2013), Khorosho (2015), and Poligamnost' (2018). She also released the recordings “Dozhd” (2010) and “Как летать?” (2011). In 2021, Abrosimova resumed activity following a medical coma.
