French producer VAPA creates melodic, trancy shades of progressive techno. Both punchy and reflective, his music invites movement as much as contemplation, hitting the body and the mind. Launched in Cologne in 2021 and now based in Angers, VAPA explores themes of solitude, consciousness, and escape through a rich, textural palette.
He has performed at major festivals including Transmusicales, MaMA, FIMU, and more. His work also extends into large-scale visual productions, composing bespoke soundtracks for live and drone shows worldwide, including the musical climax of two major drone shows in Dubai: Ushuaïa Dubai’s 2024 opening show night and the New Year’s Eve 2025 celebration at the Burj Al Arab. Supported by artists such as Joris Voorn, Rebūke, and Alfa Romero, and featured on playlists including Electronic Rising and Fresh Finds Dance, VAPA continues to shape a bold yet introspective sound - melodic, trance-leaning, and club-ready.
