Prettier Than Pink was an all-female Filipino pop rock group formed in 1991. Initially known as Pretty and Pink, they performed covers of 1960s and 1980s music. In 1995, a self-produced demo attracted record label interest, leading to a name change and signing with Neo Records (now VIVA Records). Their debut album Prettier in Pink was released in 1995 and went gold, with the single "Cool Ka Lang" reaching Number 1 on the OPM charts. By 1997, the lineup had changed, with Lei Bautista remaining as the group's leader. Their second album, UnPink, featured the regionally popular song "Baby". In 1998, Bautista was nominated for an Awit Award for "Baby" and later moved to the U.S., reviving Prettier Than Pink with a new wave style. Their third album, Chop Suey, was released in 2005 under Sutton Records.
