Deloris, an indie rock band from Melbourne, Australia, formed in 1994. The group initially consisted of Stuart Charles on bass guitar, Simon Heelis on guitar, Marcus Teague on lead vocals and keyboards, and Luke Turley on drums. They recorded their first demo tape in 1994 at Sandringham Studios and released their debut album Fraulein in 1999 through Halflight Records. Their second album, The Pointless Gift, was released in December 2000 by Quietly Suburban Records and received critical acclaim. The band toured extensively supporting acts like Something for Kate and Augie March. In 2004, they released their third album Fake Our Deaths under Dot Dash Records. Their final album, Ten Lives, was issued in 2006. Deloris disbanded in 2008 after a series of local shows. Marcus Teague later pursued a solo career as Single Twin, releasing his debut album in June 2011.
