The Advisory Circle is an alias of English electronic musician Cate Brooks. Initially known as Jon Brooks, she began her career under this moniker and later adopted the Advisory Circle for her releases on the Ghost Box Music label. Her first release under the Advisory Circle was Mind How You Go, a mini-album launched in 2005. Notable albums include As the Crow Flies (2011), From Out Here (2014), Ways of Seeing (2018), and Full Circle (2022). Brooks has also released music under various alter-egos, including D. D. Denham and King of Woolworths.
