Harbhajan Singh Mann is a Punjabi singer, actor, and film producer born on 30 December 1965 in Khemuana, Punjab. He began performing as an amateur in 1980 while attending high school in Canada. Mann returned to Punjab in 1992 and began a professional career with the recording “Chithiye Ne Chithiye”. In 1999, he released the album Oye Hoye, which received exposure through MTV India and T-Series. This work led to roles in playback singing and acting in the Punjabi cinema. Mann performed in films including Jee Aayan Nu (2002) and Asa Nu Maan Watna Da (2004). He produced and starred in movies such as Jag Jeondeyan De Mele (2009) and Heer Ranjha (2009). His discography included the debut album Ishq De Mamle (1988) and the recordings Jag Jeondeyan De Mele (1994) and Haaye Meri Billo (2001). He collaborated with his brother, Gursewak Mann, on the religious album Amrit Da Batta (1999).
