Francis "Coyote" Shivers is a Canadian-American musician and actor. He began his music career by co-producing the first single for the band Shadowy Men on a Shadowy Planet. The B-side to that single, "Having an Average Weekend", became the theme song for the television show The Kids in the Hall. Shivers also co-produced the band's first two albums. His debut solo album, Coyote Shivers, was released in 1996, which was followed by the EP 1/2 A Rock & Roll Record in 1999 and the double CD Gives It To Ya Twice in 2004. Shivers also contributed to various soundtracks, including "Sugarhigh" for Empire Records (1995) and the theme song "I Wanna Remember Tonight" for Down and Out with the Dolls (2001). In addition to his music career, Shivers appeared in several independent films.
