Lake Trout, a rock band from Baltimore, United States of America, was active between 1994 and 2010. Its members have included James Griffith, Ed Harris, Mike Lowry, Matt Pierce, and Woody Ranere. Their music combines rock, ambient, jazz, post-rock, and post-punk elements. The group released their self-titled debut album independently in 1997, followed by Volume for the Rest of It in 1998. In 2000, they released Alone at Last - Live with DJ Who, which incorporated electronic and drum and bass sounds. Their fourth album, Another One Lost (2002), marked a shift towards indie rock. In 2005, they released Not Them You. Lake Trout's 2008 album Live features live performances and select tracks from previous studio albums.
