L'Ham de Foc was a Spanish band founded in 1998 by Efrén López and Mara Aranda. The group blended various musical traditions from the Mediterranean region to create a unique sound. Their debut album, U, was released in January 1999, followed by Cançó de dona i home in 2002 and Cor de porc in January 2005. L'Ham de Foc disbanded in 2008. Following the group's dissolution, López and Aranda pursued solo projects, with Aranda releasing "Deria" under Mara Aranda & Solatge in 2009 and López producing Tanto Por Hacer (2009) by La Banda del Pepo the same year. The band's work was recognized through notable collaborations such as Aman Aman (2006) and Al Andaluz Project (2007).
