Thulla Christina Wamberg is a Danish folk/pop and jazz singer. As an autodidact, she was influenced by artists such as Tom Waits, Leonard Cohen, Marilyn Monroe, and Björk. Thulla's self-titled debut album was released in 1999. Her subsequent albums include The Spirit Of Yesterday (2001), Double Up, Please! (2002), and Evergreen Machine (2003). She has collaborated with notable musicians and bands, including Thulla's Organic Orchestra and the Thullabandulla Band. In 2008, she performed at Beijing Jazz Festival. Thulla also composed the soundtrack for Greenland scientist John Andersen's "Around Greenland" in 2009. Her music has been sold in Denmark, Germany, Japan, and Portugal.
