Kate Ann Micucci, born on March 31, 1980, in Jersey City, New Jersey, is an American singer and actress. She began her musical journey by learning to play the piano under the tutelage of her mother. In 2009, she released her debut EP Songs, which included tracks like "Mr. Moon" and "Dear Deer". Micucci gained recognition for her role as Stephanie Gooch in the television series Scrubs (2009), where she performed "Screw You", a reworked version of "Fuck You" with Riki Lindhome, her partner in the comedy duo Garfunkel and Oates. In 2010, she released another EP titled Phone Home, featuring songs like "I Have a Crush on My Teacher" and "The Happy Song". Throughout her career, Kate Ann Micucci has also lent her voice to various animated series, including Steven Universe as Sadie and Unikitty! as Dr. Fox.
