Walt Ribeiro, born January 25, 1984, in New Jersey, is an American composer known for his work in classical music. His career began with the release of his symphony I.I, written for an 80-piece orchestra but produced using orchestral sampling software. In 2006, he released his first album, I.I. Ribeiro gained attention through his online presence, particularly via YouTube tutorials, which he ended in October 2009. He launched For Orchestra that same year, arranging pop songs for orchestra, including covers of tracks by Lady Gaga, Radiohead, and Pearl Jam. His arrangements were featured on platforms like Comedy Central's Tosh. O and Perez Hilton. Ribeiro continued to produce music, releasing several albums such as Volume 1, Volume 2, and Originals. Notable singles include "As The Clouds Fly" (2017) and "Full Restart" (2020). He suffered an accident in October 2015, taking a break from his composing activities to recover.
