Eltro was an American indie rock band from Philadelphia, founded in 1995. The group consisted of Diana Prescott on vocals, bass, guitar, and found sound; Jorge Sandrini on guitars, bass, MPC2000, and vocals; Rick Henderson on keyboards, trumpet, vocals, and harmonica; and Ted Johnson on drums, percussion, and vocals. Eltro released their debut album, Information Changer, in 1998 through Miner Street Records, which was later re-released by Absolutely Kosher Records in 2002. Their subsequent albums included Velodrome, released in 2001, and Past and Present Futurists, released in 2003, both produced under the Absolutely Kosher label.
